What payment methods do you accept?

What if the shed arrives damaged?
If there are any issues with parts or even damage in transport, we will replace those items at no cost to you. You can feel comfortable in shopping for garden sheds in Sydney or anywhere in Australia with gardenshed.com.au.
How long does it take to get my shed ?
Our garden sheds are dispatched in 10-15 business days from order. Most orders arrive at the depot in Sydney within 10 days from dispatch. But we always say 14 days to exceed expectations. We use Mainfreight Transport for most deliveries from our factory in Albury & Brisbane.
How do I know where my shed is?
1) We email your Order Receipt. 2) We email the depot delivery address and phone number in Sydney. 3) We email the date the truck is collecting your shed - expected Dispatch date. 4) We email the Tracking code to keep tabs of where the truck is once collected. 5) On arrival at the depot, you get a call/message to let you know it is ready for pickup. 6) For home delivery option, you get a call/message to arrange a suitable time to deliver your shed to your specified address.
What if I need to match the colour to my fence?
All the colours of our sheds are the Colorbond range. So every paint store will have colour charts to be able to match. We have colours such as Pale Eucalypt(Mist Green), Paperbark/Merino, Woodland Grey(Slate Grey), Deep Ocean Blue, Classic Cream(Smooth Cream) and Zincalume(Zinc).
Is delivery really Free?
We offer free delivery from our factory in Brisbane to any of the depots we have around Australia. So if you are happy to collect the shed from the local depot near you, then we cover the cost of delivery to that depot. If you prefer home delivery, then it is an extra $99 (For EasyShed, it is FREE to Metro Sydney).
